MAMA FIT

A special 4 week training program designed for pregnant and postpartum women. Classes will consist of intentional training with a focus on rehabilitation, recovery, and mindset support during this challenging time.

4 Week Session $179

RUN FIT

Open to all skill levels, this 4 week program with a UESCA Certified Running Coach will give you the support and motivation to succeed whether you want to run your first 5k or get a PR! Classes include will include guided runs and strength training.

YOUTH FITNESS

Our Youth Fitness classes (ages 6-17 years old) will help your child with speed, agility, strength, endurance, coordination, and challenges each participant in team building as well as mental toughness! It is a full body cardio and strength workout, where we incorporate team challenges and fun warm up and cool down activities. Our classes are conducted in an incredibly fun environment where your children will never want to leave!
