BRICK BARRE

Brick Barre is a low impact, fully body class focusing on strength balance and flexibility. You will utilize a ballet bar, resistance bands, light dumbbells, and soft medicine balls throughout each class. No prior dance or ballet experience is needed.

Brick TRX-Barre is a low impact, fully body class focusing on strength balance and flexibility. You will utilize a TRX suspension trainer, resistance bands, light dumbbells, and soft medicine balls throughout each class. No prior dance or ballet experience is needed.

YOGA FLOW

Our Yoga Flow class is a Vinyasa class combining breath and movement to create a challenging and energizing flow. Each class moves through a sequence of postures designed by the instructor. Yoga Flow moves at a slow to moderate pace with modifications and variations always offered to make this a perfect fit for any yogi. This yoga class will engage every practitioner’s focus, strength, and flexibility for a well-balanced practice.
