Brick Fit is an incredible 1-hour full body cardio and strength group workout. Every class is designed by the instructor and each class is different. This class utilizes various types of equipment such as, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, slam balls, medicine balls, sand bags, boxing bags, equalizer bars, stationary bike, rowing machine, bars, etc. BrickFit class formats include HIIT, Tabata, Pyramid training, Circuit training, and more. Brick Fit is a class that can be modified as well as intensified and is great for all fitness levels. This class will continuously shock your body and leave you wanting to come back for more.


Brick warrior is a highly intense full body workout. This class is designed to take you to your limit both physically and mentally. Warrior training includes full body functional training combined with power exercises and Spartan like athletic training. Prior Brick Fit attendance is recommended but not required. Classes may include exercises such as sled push/pulls, sledge hammer swings, tire flips, rope climbing, box jumps, etc.


Our Youth Fitness classes vary based on age group (4-6, 7-9, 10-13). The 4-6 year old class is a fun, group class helping kids familiarize themselves with how their bodies move, follow instructions, and complete fun exercises and obstacle courses. Our 7-9 year old class builds upon the fun environment in our 4-6 year old class by advancing exercises, class duration, and class formats. Our 10-13 year old class models our Brick Fit class, with age appropriate modifications. It is a full body cardio and strength workout, where we incorporate team challenges and fun warm up and cool down activities.
