This workshop will take you through a gentle yoga flow that incorporates myofascial release with the use of tennis balls and specific yoga poses. Myofascial release is a technique used to release tension in muscles and connective tissue by applying gentle pressure to trigger points. It works very similar to foam rolling or massage. Myofascial release is great to include after a workout to help increase flexibility and prevent injuries.
