  8. An image file (.jpg or .jpeg) of a valid identification document.
  9. Candidates are prohibited from being affiliated with any political party.
  10. Actions or statements made by applicants must not endorse candidates or political parties.
  11. Applicants must be residents of the selected state.

  1. Applications must be submitted during the first quarter of the year.
  2. All candidates are required to apply online.

  5. Complete the security process by providing your first name, last name, mobile phone number, email address, and the desired password, then tick the required box.

  7. After verification, reload the portal in your web browser and log in using your login credentials.
  8. Complete the application form and upload a passport-quality photograph as required.
