1. Possess a B.Sc., HND, NCE, or OND from an accredited university in any field.
2. For the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) or West African School Certificate (WASC), English and at least passes in two additional courses are required.
3. For the National Examination Council (NECO)/General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level, candidates must have passed four (4) subjects in one sitting or five (5) subjects at two sittings, including the English Language.
4. For ND (National Diploma), the qualification must be earned from an accredited institution.
5. Alternatively, candidates may hold a National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a nationally accredited institution or a General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in two subjects (attained in a single sitting) or three subjects (attained in two sittings).
6. Candidates must be proficient communicators.
7. Applicants must be 30 years of age or younger.
8. Younger applicants are not eligible to apply.
