Come learn basic prenatal and postpartum modifications and core stability movements with Coach Dawn, certified BIRTHFIT Coach & SBD Birth and Bereavement Doula. During the workshop, we will review the top 10 core movements we use in our Brick Fit & Brick Strength classes and how to safely modify them. We will also work through four movements to help with core stability and strengthening, along with some breathwork.
